Prior to any cat care services (drop-ins or house sittings), new clients must book a meet & greet so you can get to know me, and I can get to know your cat. If both parties agree this is a good fit, we can proceed with booking the service and discuss payment. Meet & Greets must be scheduled 5 days prior to booking a cat care service, this ensures enough time and respect to our schedules.
Calendar availability for cat-care services are accessible after a meet and greet. Existing clients can access the calendar through the portal, and cat care services must be booked 5 days in advance. For holidays, cat care services must be booked 1 week (7 days) in advance. 📆
Cancellations must be notified 96 hours (4 days) in advance. Holidays, cat care services must be notified 1 week (7 days) in advance ⏰ For cancellations less than 96 hours, 50% of your booking is refunded and the remaining can be applied as a credit to a future cat care booking.
If a booking request includes dates within a holiday period, services will be charged the holiday rate for the booking. Holiday house-sitting is 3 night minimum charge.
For example, the holiday period for the Labor Day is: August 30 - September 2.
You would like to request a cat-care services from August 28 to September 1 for 1 cat. Since the booking overlaps with this holiday period, the holiday rate would apply for all five nights.
